1. Seller
Bronett Production AB (“we”, “us”) is the seller and your counterparty in all purchases made in the shop.
Strandvägen 57, 115 23 Stockholm, Sweden
Company registration number 556866-2935
Email: info@cirkusscott.se
2. Prices and VAT
Prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) on the Swedish pages and in euro (EUR) on the English and German pages. All prices include Swedish VAT.
Shipping is charged separately and is always shown in the checkout before you complete your order. The final total is stated in the checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices, to sell out, and to correct manifestly incorrect prices. Where a price is manifestly incorrect we may cancel the purchase and refund you in full.
3. Orders and contract
A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Please check that the details in the confirmation are correct and contact us immediately if anything is wrong.
You must be 18 or have the consent of a guardian in order to purchase from us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item has sold out or if we cannot deliver to the address given. If you have already paid, you will be refunded in full.
4. Payment
Payment is made in the checkout. We use an external payment provider; the available payment methods are shown in the checkout.
We never handle your card details ourselves — they go directly to the payment provider. Where invoicing or instalments are offered, the payment provider’s own terms apply and are accepted separately in the checkout.
Goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
5. Delivery
We ship within Sweden and internationally with PostNord. The estimated delivery time is shown in the checkout and runs from the point at which the order has been processed.
If a delivery is substantially delayed we will contact you. In the event of substantial delay you are entitled to cancel the purchase.
Parcels that are not collected and are returned to us will be charged at the actual shipping and return cost.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duty, import VAT and charges may apply. These are paid by you as the recipient and are not included in our price.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right under EU distance-selling rules to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you received the goods. Notify us with a clear statement, for example by email to info@cirkusscott.se.
Having exercised the right of withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. You bear the cost of the return shipping.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and function.
Note the exemption for sealed audio and video recordings: the right of withdrawal does not apply to DVDs or equivalent where the seal has been broken.
7. Refunds
Where the right of withdrawal is exercised, we refund what you paid for the goods, including the standard shipping cost you paid when ordering, no later than 14 days after we receive your return or after you have demonstrated that the goods have been sent back.
Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
8. Complaints
If goods are faulty or damaged you have the right under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act to complain for up to three years from receipt. A complaint must be made within a reasonable time of discovering the fault; within two months is always considered reasonable.
Contact us at info@cirkusscott.se describing the fault. Where a complaint is upheld we cover the return shipping and remedy the fault by repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Always check your parcel on receipt. If the packaging is damaged you should report it directly to the carrier and to us.
9. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or shortcomings caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as industrial action, decisions by public authorities, disruption to transport or other similar events.
10. Disputes
We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). If we cannot reach agreement you may refer the matter to ARN, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, arn.se.
You may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Swedish law applies to the contract.
11. Personal data
How we process your personal data is described in our privacy policy.
